Now is the time to perfect your craft. At Purify Sports Performance, we are firm believers that the off-season is when you should improve the most. During the season it is harder to consistently lift, do extra sprints or hit more, since you are already committing several hours a day to practice and you still have to manage time for school. The off-season gives you time to focus on improving your weaknesses to prepare for the upcoming season. Run sprints, increase your agility, lift weights, practice your ball control- whatever you need to do in your sport to excel, we can help! With the wealth of knowledge that all of our clinicians have, we are sure we will make you a quicker, smarter and more explosive athlete.
